20/21 INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR, Kensington   February 17 - 20, 2011

The fair features modern and contemporary art from the UK but has a significant number of dealers who specialise in work from China, India, Japan, Russia, Poland, Serbia and the Ukraine. The fair, now in its fifth year, has carved out a place for itself in the arts calendar and such is the demand for stands, the organisers are taking more space at the Royal College, bringing the total number of stands up to 60.



Art Rotterdam   February 10 - 13, 2011

The meeting place for modern art lovers in the Netherlands, Art Rotterdam has grown into the fair to visit for modern art. Art Rotterdam is known for its high level of quality, its young and dynamic character, and a growing number of international galleries. Art Rotterdam is also the meeting place for art lovers who want to keep up on the developments in the modern art world. In eleven years time Art Rotterdam has developed into the most innovative and trendsetting international Art Fair of the Netherlands. Art Innsbruck   February 3 - 6, 2011

Art Innsbruck has established itself in a corner between Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy as a serious centre for the exhibition of art. Galleries and art dealers present international contemporary art from the 20th and 21st centuries (paintings, works on paper, original graphics, sculptures, editions, photography, new mediums, multiples, objects and installations). A large part of the regular exhibition builds a unique atmosphere, which visitors as well as exhibitors treasure as the 'Art Fair with Heart'.



Art Dubai 2011   March 16 - 19, 2011

New York Armory Show   March 3 - 6, 2011

The Armory Show is America's leading fine art fair devoted to the most important art of the 20th and 21st centuries. In its eleven years, the fair has become an international institution. Every March, artists, galleries, collectors, critics and curators from all over the world make New York their destination during Armory Arts Week
The Armory Show is the successor to the highly acclaimed Gramercy International Art Fairs that attracted thousands to their New York, Los Angeles and Miami shows between 1994 and 1998. The Armory Show was first presented in February 1999 at the 69th Regiment Armory, the very site of the now legendary Armory Show of 1913 that introduced modern art to America and for which The Armory Show is named.


Madrid - ARCO   February 17 - 21, 2011

This 30th edition is marked by a return of market confidence. As they do every year, art gallerists, collectors and professionals from around the world will throng to ARCO8, the Madrid International Contemporary Art Fair, for an edition presenting a renovated layout and restructured programming. New proposals for a revamped architectural design will be some of the attractions on view at this edition de ARCO , and a high-end selection bringing together 295 galleries from 34 countries, with more than 50 major new exhibitors.

PULSE New York   March 3 - 6, 2011

Held annually in New York, Miami and London, PULSE Contemporary Art Fair presents leading international galleries and artists showcasing the latest movements in contemporary art in powerful architectural environments designed to serve both seasoned and emerging collectors.
On view will be approximately 50 contemporary art galleries in the main fair and IMPULSE section.
The Fair, which was conceived to bridge the gap between established and alternative art fairs, has enjoyed tremendous success in both Miami and New York, and this past year brought 40 exciting and innovative established and emerging galleries to London. The format of PULSE is based on an exclusive selection of galleries exhibiting contemporary art invited by the PULSE Invitational Committee which is comprised of international dealers, advisors and curators. La Biennale di Venezia   June 4 - November 27, 2011

The Venice Biennale: 'Illuminations'
The 54th International Art Exhibition, ILLUMInations, will be presented on Friday 11th March in Rome during the official press conference that will be attended by Paolo Baratta and Bice Curiger. The Exhibition will run 4th June to 27th November at the Giardini and Arsenale.
The Venice Biennale has for over a century been one of the most prestigious cultural institutions in the world. Ever since its foundation in 1895, it has been in the avant-garde, promoting new artistic trends and organising international events in contemporary arts.

ART AMSTERDAM 2011   May 11 - 15, 2011

The 27th edition of Art Amsterdam will be held from 11 to 15 May 2011 in the Parkhal at the RAI in Amsterdam. With 134 galleries from Europe, North America and Asia participating, Art Amsterdam is the largest contemporary and modern art fair in the Netherlands. The fair constitutes a step into the spotlights for young talent and a platform for established names in post-war art. A wide range of photography, painting, sculpture, video art, installations and drawings will be exhibited.
Twelve major works of art will be presented under the title 'No Holds Barred'. Art Amsterdam features an extensive VIP programme and a side programme that links the art fair to the city.


BAAF   May 13 - 15 , 2011

The Brussels Accessible Art Fair (BAAF) will be held on May 13-14-15, 2011. This year?s edition will take place in the same central venue and will double in size to highlight the works of 50 international artists. The Brussels Accessible Art Fair is a unique initiative in Brussels attracting visitors ranging from first time art buyers to art collectors on the lookout for new talent. People enjoyed the friendly, informal atmosphere of the fair, where they could browse through hundreds of contemporary works of art and purchase directly from the artist.



VIENNA FAIR   May 12 - 15, 2011

Europe's only international trade fair for contemporary art focusing on Central and Eastern Europe takes place for the 7th time in 2011 and is attracting an ever increasing group of fans. This includes private and institutional art collectors, curators, museum directors, gallery owners, artists, critics and people generally interested in art.

SWAB Art Fair Barcelona   May 26 - 29, 2011

ART 42 BASEL   June 15 - 19, 2011

Frieze Art Fair features over 170 galleries from around the world, providing visitors with a unique opportunity to see and buy art by the world's leading artists.

FIAC   October 20 - 23, 2011

This edition of FIAC (la Foire Internationale d'Art Contemporainpromises) with 180 selected galleries promises to have a strong international presence with more than 3500 artists represented.
